- Requirement & Parameter Confirmation: Customers provide detailed customization parameters, including display size (e.g., 3.0 inch, 4.3 inch, 7 inch, etc.), resolution (240*400/1280*480, etc.), interface type (SPI/MCU/RGB/MIPI), viewing angle (IPS full viewing angle/12 o'clock viewing angle), brightness (200-1000 cd/m²), operating temperature range (-20℃~70℃, etc.), as well as structural customization requirements for FPC cables and TP touch screens.
- Project Evaluation & Quotation: The engineering team of Lixin Display (lesson display / licesson display) conducts technical feasibility evaluation based on customer parameters, outputs detailed customization plans, estimated mold opening costs (FPC cable mold/TP touch mold charged according to actual needs) and bulk procurement quotations, and provides design drawings for customer confirmation.

- Sample Testing & Confirmation: Samples are sent to customers for functional and performance testing. Engineers from licesson display follow up on testing issues throughout the process and optimize adjustments based on feedback until the samples are confirmed to be correct.
